Customer Service/Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase. You must contact us within 5 days of delivery date, and we will work with you to resolve any problem. Unfortunately, commission pieces or special made to order items are not returnable.

Although we will go to great lengths to insure you are getting the item you expected, if you are not satisfied with it upon arrival, please call us first, then repackage it as it came using the same materials and insure it for its full value and return it to us via UPS.   See Shipping for more details on this, especially if package was damaged in shipping...

Upon receiving your return we will send you a Gift Certificate in the amount of the item purchased,  good towards future purchases. This has been a long standing policy at both of our locations.

We would prefer a phone call if there is a problem, however if you prefer to e-mail that’s fine.
